New Zealand band Split Enz  reformed for a short Australian Tour which took place in June 2006. They appeared  in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth with possible shows in New Zealand later. Split Enz has two of my ex. colleagues from "OCTOPUS" as members, my brother Nigel and drummer Malcolm Green.
My son Wayne was on a three month Australian trip and managed to see his Uncle on stage at the first of the two Sydney Concerts on 8th June 2006 and took some photographs.

The "OCTOPUS" Album "RESTLESS NIGHT" which was first released in 1971 has been re-released by "REVOLA". It has been remastered and includes 8 extra tracks including the single "PHOEBE'S FLOWER SHOP" (Released as "THE CORTINAS") plus live versions of "THE PEER GYNT SUITE" by "GRIEG" and "I AM THE WALRUS" which were highlights of the live show.
